How Do I Place An Order?
We have attempted to make your ordering process as simple as possible. You can either complete the online forms containing the details related to your product, or if you have prior artwork that you would like duplicated, you can email us at INFO@PROFORMAPRANA.COM.
Payment & Shipping
We have a few options for payment. If your department or company requires a PO, we can offer 30 day terms after approval. Also, you have the ability to pay with major credit cards or through PayPal.
All of our products will be shipped directly to you from our warehouses where the item was decorated or manufactured. We normally use UPS or FedEx so a physical address is required.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Our ordering process will be completed through you supplied personal email. We will communicate through only PROFORMA.COM or PROFORMAPRANA.COM email accounts. We will NEVER ask for payment details or credit card numbers through email. We prefer to accept credit card numbers over the phone as our staff directly keys the numbers into our system. This is another way we help protect your security. If your account is on terms, you will received an emailed invoice and notice to confirm the received product is perfect, as well as a hard copy invoice through USPS.
Returns & Refunds
We take pride and work to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Since most of our products are custom designed/created, we have limited options with returns and refunds. If we created the product incorrectly or created an error in our imprint, we will 100% take care of the issue to the best of our ability. We can offer refunds, discounts, or supply the correct product/imprint. We will supply digital proofs for your review before your product goes into production. We can not stress enough, to please review the proof as that is the artwork used for your custom product. If we printed exactly the same approved artwork, there is little, if nothing we can do.
